Final block in Oasis Resort launches May 11

Palme Vue, the sixth and final block of apartments in our beautiful Oasis Retirement Resort, will be launched at a function on 11 May.

The 11-storey building will comprise 42 one, two and three bedroom apartments which range in size from 94 square metres to 247 square metres, including terraces and which are priced from R3,4 million, VAT inclusive. No transfer duty is payable.

Strong pre-launch interest has been expressed and we currently have more names on the waiting list of potential buyers than there are apartments available.
