Sales at Palm Royale top R117m
Palm Royale, the third and by far the most luxurious high rise block of apartments at the Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort at Century City, has seen a burst of activity in recent weeks with sales to date now topping R117million.
Setting new standards in high-end retirement living and ticking all the boxes for discerning buyers, Palm Royale is taking the market by storm with a further five deals totalling around R15million close to finalisation.
Being developed at a cost of R255million and rapidly rising out of the ground, the 58 sectional title apartments in Palm Royale are selling for between R2,45million and R8million. The spacious two and three bedroom apartments range in size from around 110 square to 237 square metres and vary from garden apartments to ”homes in the sky”. Many of the apartments boast spacious balconies suitable for entertaining with wonderful mountain and sea views.
